These programmes support the effective delivery of the organisation’s critical thinking and strategic objectives whilst developing and enhancing leadership performance. They are often run in collaboration with a strategic partner.
A key desired outcome is that executives become more coach-like in their approach to developing strategy and engaging/motivating others. OKRs once effectively implemented will support better conversations and valuable action.
The aim is also to develop followers who are or will be motivated to be led and lead others.
