Coaching
“What, where, why, how, when - this can all be assumed. It is all about ‘Who’.”
Coaching services
Online executive coaching offers all the benefits of 1-to-1 coaching anywhere in the world. Working across timezones, I can align with your location and needs, frequency and availability.
These conversations are all confidential and aligned with your desired outcome(s) and those of your sponsor where appropriate. A typical coaching programme will be made up of 1.5/2 hour sessions scheduled at agreed intervals usually 4/6 weeks apart over 6/9 months.
You will direct what we discuss and is most important to you.
Group or team coaching seeks to transform a group of individuals into a high performing team. This is usually run in parallel with 1 to 1 coaching and/or part of leadership development programme.
These programmes support the effective delivery of the organisation’s strategic objectives whilst developing and enhancing leadership performance. A key desired outcome is that executives become more coach like in their approach to developing strategy and engaging/motivating others.
Interdependence, complexity and ambiguity are a given for today’s leaders and their people. Leadership or Executive reflection offers an opportunity to consider a wider ‘now’.
Mentoring is future paced and seeks to build up the mentee to be the best they can be in their context. It is an ancient provision and an important and vital source of practical wisdom and alignment.
As part of all our programmes and interventions, we offer a range of diagnostics and profiling. These include self reported individual and 360’s.
We are often requested to speak at conferences and events to diverse audiences - including Graduates in transition, professional communities of practice and Senior leadership forums.
We offer a very adaptable approach from working 1 to 1 with executive coaching, or in small groups, or with senior leadership teams. Ultimately it’s about enhancing relationships from the outside or inside, in the context of achieving desired outcomes.
